Hamsa Metal Chime

This is a beautiful chime with an intricate design. Depicting the open right hand, an image recognized and used as a sign of protection in many times throughout history, the hamsa is believed by some to provide defense against the evil eye. Metal chimes are made from flat sheets/pieces of scrap metal and created by using basic hand tools and machinery. Metal work is a craft practiced in northern of India. 6x12".
