Damages, defective or incorrect items:  Any damages, defective or incorrect items?  Don't worry, we advise our customers to inspect all items carefully for damages or defects upon receiving. Though rare, sometimes the delivery process can get a little bumpy - Please send a photo of the defected item to customer care at customercare@blueroostertrading.com within 48 hours upon receiving, to qualify for an exchange or refund. 
Buyers remorse:  We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 30 days of the date you received the item(s).  Please note that all items discounted by 35% or more are final sale.

Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and traceable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.  Returns will not be accepted for product which has been fabricated to a customer's specifications, prepared on a custom basis, or altered by a customer.

To make a return, email us at customercare@blueroostertrading.com to request a return authorization. Please include the order number and item(s) you wish to return.
