Shipping Policy

  • General information:  We ship items within 1 to 3 days, Monday - Friday.  You will receive proactive tracking when the order is shipped.  Expedited shipping may be available upon request (email us sales@saffrontradingcompany.com or call 1-845-353-3530. Transit time within the US can range from 1 to 10 business days.  An 8.875% sales tax must be charged for orders shipping within New York state.
  • Shipping: We offer shipping via the United States Postal Service to Hawaii, Alaska and FedEx Ground for the continental, “lower 48 states”.   For domestic US (Lower 48 states) the shipping for orders will have a $12 shipping charge.   
  • International:  We can ship anywhere in the world there is a flat rate by the dollar volume $1-100 = $75 for shipping, $100-1,000= $300.00 for shipping,  for every additional $1000.00 the add $300 for shipping.  

 

  • Damages, defective or incorrect items:  Any damages, defective or incorrect items?  Don't worry, we advise our customers to inspect all items carefully for damages or defects upon receiving. Though rare, sometimes the delivery process can get a little bumpy - Please send a photo of the defected item to sales@saffrontradingcompany.com 
    within 48 hours upon receiving, to qualify for an exchange or refund. 

 

  • Buyers remorse:  We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 14 days of the date you received the item(s).  Please note that all items discounted by 35% or more are final sale.  Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyerReturned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.  Returns will not be accepted for product which has been fabricated to a customer's specifications, prepared on a custom basis, or altered by a customer.
